Arrange a temporary disconnection/reconnection

You might be doing repairs on your home or removing a tree in your garden. No matter the job, temporarily disconnecting your power will ensure its completed safely.

The steps below explain how you can arrange a temporary disconnection or network isolation at your property.

    Complete the request form

    Our team will review your request, and determine what is involved in the temporary disconnection and reconnection.

    You will be advised of the outcome of your request within 10 business days.

  4. 4

    If approved, your request will be scheduled by your electrician at an agreed time.

 


Should any adjustment or modification to customer wiring occur as part of the job, an eCOC by an electrical contractor must be provided prior to SA Power Networks re-energisation occurring.
