The SA Power Networks Dispute Management System documents the process and procedure to be followed in resolving disputes between SA Power Networks and other National Electricity Market Participants, for matters arising from the National Electricity Rules. For all other customer enquiries, please contact us.
This Dispute Management System (DMS), is not designed to be immediately used if or when an issue between Market Participants arises, but rather as a circuit breaker once communication with a Participant's normal business contact has been exhausted. Should the issue remain unresolved, please refer to the SA Power Networks DMS.
