Request for temporary disconnection/reconnection of supply
Step 1 of 6

Here's the information you'll need to complete the request:

You must provide the following:

  • The full address of the property.
  • The customer's billing address.
  • The customer's contact details (e.g, mobile and email address).

You may also wish to provide:

  • The National Metering Identifier (NMI) of the property (You can find the NMI number on an electricity bill issued by a retailer).
  • The service type required (if known).
  • The service phasing at the property (if known).

If you do not have all of this, please contact your appointed electrician if you have one. They can assist you by filling in this request on your behalf or they can provide you with the information required to complete this request successfully.

If you have not appointed an electrician, please fill out this request form to the best of your knowledge. You can provide additional information in the comments section to assist us.

Upon receipt of the application, an SA Power Networks (SAPN) representative will be in contact to confirm scope and payment details and issue a letter for acceptance.

Once this acceptance has been returned, an invoice will be issued for payment to be made prior to installation of Low Voltage Line Covers (tiger tails). This will typically be for the first 6 months of installation only.

SAPN is not required to install the tiger tails until it has received payment of the Initial Service Fee from the customer.

This application will take about 5 minutes to complete.
