Notification of night works

What we’re doing

We will remove a Stobie pole at the corner of Camroc Avenue and Arthur Street, Tranmere. This work will occur at night to minimize disruption to Arthur Street traffic.

How this affects you

Power outage

Some customers will experience a power outage overnight between Monday 10pm 6 March and 6am Tuesday for the safety of our crews working. Those affected have been notified by SMS, email and/ or card.

If you don’t already receive free SMS/email updates about your power, you can subscribe to receive notifications for future events. We can also help you sign up via the phone. Please call us on 13 12 61 if you need help with this.

Noise

There will be some noise overnight from our works including excavation around the pole and heavy machinery. 

Traffic and parking

To ensure the safety of our crew and road users, the intersection of Camroc Avenue and Arthur Street will be closed during our work with speed restrictions in place on Arthur Street.

There will be minimal disruption to off-street car parking with our heavy vehicles located around our work area on Camroc Avenue. 

Our crews will minimise any disruption as much as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your co-operation during our essential work.
