Welcome to the 'Shape Your Energy Future' Survey
Every five years, SA Power Networks prepares a Regulatory Proposal outlining our plans and forecasting expenditures for the next five-year period. The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) reviews our proposal and considers whether it delivers value for money to our customers and the revenue we can recover for the services we provide.
We are now planning for our 2025-2030 Regulatory Proposal and want to hear from you, our customers, to better understand the types of services you want us to deliver and how much you might be willing to pay for these services.
SA Power Network has emailed the survey to a random selection of South Australian customers to ensure we hear from a broad range of people.
The survey:
- Takes 15-20 minutes to complete.
- Will have to be completed on a desktop, laptop or tablet device. It cannot be completed on a mobile phone.
- Is open till midnight, Monday 12 December 2022.

About the survey
The survey covers 7 initiatives we could invest in to improve electricity services across the State, with each of the investments impacting your future energy bill.
Your answers will help us in deciding what investments we include in our Regulatory Proposal to the AER.
