Help us develop our customer experience transformation strategy
As part of SA Power Networks’ ongoing commitment to improve customer experience, we are seeking participation in a research program that we are undertaking to hear from our valued customers.
We are looking to speak with a range of individuals about varying topics, but most importantly how we can best meet your energy needs now and into the future.
What’s happening?
To ensure the independence of this research, we have engaged our partner agency Forethought to conduct online focus groups, interviews and surveys. Your participation will give you the opportunity to provide feedback to SA Power Networks on your customer experience to date.
Incentives to participate will start from an $60 e-gift card.
