Last month our Employee Foundation released their 2023 Impact Report at their Annual Gratitude Meeting held at our Keswick Office.

The Employee Foundation is a registered not-for-profit charity within our organisation that enables our employees, along with their family and friends, to give back to our community through volunteering, fundraising, and donations.

Employee Foundation members Anthony, Isabell and Erin with Backpacks 4 SA Kids Inc CEO Rachael Zaltron OAM.

The most recent Annual Report showcases the remarkable generosity of our employees, their friends, and families. Together, they have donated over $5 million to charities in South Australia since the foundation began in 2006.

2023 Highlights:

  • Over $481K donated to local community initiatives
  • Surpassed $300K in cumulative donations to the Mary Potter Foundation
  • 822 Regular payroll donors
  • 766 hours of volunteering
  • 40 employee-led fundraisers
  • 44 Charities supported

The Foundation also presented Lifetime Achievement Awards to three recipients. Their contributions, either through time or money donated, have made a significant, lasting impact on the foundation’s work. Congratulations to Amy Williams, Caprice Davey, and John McCormick!
