We're excited to announce that applications are now open for the 2025 Cadet Network Project Officer (NPO) program, a unique initiative designed to empower and develop the next generation of NPOs across Customer Solutions. This program offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and keen to gain hands-on experience while undertaking a nationally recognised qualification.

For the next month, we’ll be looking for our next group of Cadet NPOs to join the program as it enters its third year. 

Our 1st and 2nd year Cadet NPOs are making a valuable contribution and having real impact across the business in various locations from Pt Lincoln to Mt Gambier (and everywhere in between) while learning their new trade from our experienced team members. 

Meet Katarina, one of our Cadet Network Project Officers 

Katarina, who is one of our Cadet Network Project Officers (NPO), last year decided to take her career in a completely new direction by applying for our Cadet NPO Program.

“Coming from a totally different industry, I hardly noticed powerlines or knew what transformers did. But now, I’ve gained a deep understanding of SA Power Networks and the broader electrical industry.
