What are we doing?

We’re carrying out critical work to improve power reliability in areas of the Yorke Peninsula.

Why are we doing this work?

Prolonged dry conditions have caused a build-up of salt on our insulators. With no rain to wash it away, morning dew is triggering momentary outages in some areas.

Our overnight maintenance will help manage the issue. While significant rainfall would fully resolve it, we’re taking action now to minimise the impact.
