We understand the critical role we play in the daily lives of our customers and communities, and we're committed to delivering a more sustainable, affordable, and reliable energy future for everyone we serve.

We recognise that providing equitable access to energy requires an industry-wide approach, our focus include includes advocating for solutions that manage demand, exploring innovative tariff structures to provide more choice and control, and diligently managing our network costs to minimise the impact on customer bills.
