Our portal for registered electricians and retailers for creating, booking and tracking connection jobs.Multi-factor authentication, or MFA, is now used by the REX Portal as an additional security measure to safeguard both our systems and your personal information. If you’re an electrical contractor, every time you log in you’ll receive a unique 6-digit number via SMS on your registered mobile phone. When prompted, enter this code into the box on your screen to access the REX portal.
NOTE: Retailers are unaffected by this change. If you have any trouble completing MFA or logging in, please contact SA Power Networks Customer Service at 13 12 61.

How to get started using the REX portal
To register, complete our online form. Once we confirm your details, we will email you your username and essential information to help you get started with REX.
When you log in for the first time, you will need to agree to our Terms & Conditions (225KB PDF).

Frequently Asked Questions
Your password must meet the Minimum Password Requirements as specified on the password change screen. Passwords and usernames are case sensitive.
If you're using the REX Portal for the first time, you will need to reset your password using the Forgot Password function, following the instructions included with your User ID.
To ensure the security and integrity of your personal information and SA Power Networks’ systems, electrical contractors are required to authenticate (MFA) as part of the process of logging into REX. You’ll receive an SMS with a 6-digit code immediately after logging in, which you need to type in on your screen to complete the REX login process.
